The house’s area is divided into two zones: private and general. In front of the main entrance there is a common area (parking for 4 cars).
Entrance: right side (transport area, entry group), left side (garden) - created to open and space.
Backyard: garden with house and SPA. The outdoor pool has the effect of infinity. The pool is directly connected to the panoramic showcase of the villa. The height of showcase is two floors.
Internal planning decisions. The basement floor is exclusively a technical part (fuel, ventilation chambers, pumping room, technical premises of the pool, wardrobe).
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, home theatre, terrace - areas where residents and guests of the villa can spend a good time together.
