Complex is located on the main road M10 (Lviv-Krakowiec) and is divided into 5 zones.

The entrance area (east side) divided into 2 parts: parking and entrance area.
On the South sides (the warmest and unshaded) there is a complex of outdoor pools and jacuzzi.
On the West side we projected complex of hotel rooms.
On the North side we located technical buildings.
In the middle we located the area of the motel, which has the principle of circular development with a patio inside.
The infrastructure of the motel complex:

Dining room;
Recreation area: SPA indoor (sauna and jacuzzi), SPA outdoor (children's and adult pool, jacuzzi).
